Carolina Custom Builds Customer Reviews
Choosing a contractor involves more than comparing prices.
At Carolina Custom Builds, LLC, customers work directly with owner Zachary Westmoreland.
Homeowners want to know who will be working at their property, whether the contractor will communicate, whether the schedule will be respected, and whether concerns will be addressed during the project.
Zachary handles the initial conversation, visits the property, prepares the estimate, manages the project, coordinates specialty trades, and remains directly involved in construction.
The feedback he hears most often from homeowners centers on two things: communication and punctuality.
“Zach is great. Carolina Custom Builds is our go-to for most of our home projects. They really can do it all. Very well priced. They do the best quality work. Zach came out and installed tile in my bathroom. He uninstalled the tub, sink, and toilet to tile behind them, then replaced them without issue. This was a multiday project and he cleaned up at the end of each day and even installed the toilet back just so we can use each night while he was tiling behind it. Zach have also done a few projects for me in the past. They can do almost anything. I love his work. 6 stars if I could.”
